Leaders’ Network
A private forum for senior decision-makers in accounting firms and finance teams, built on trust, peer learning, and strategic insight.
Where leaders connect
The Leaders’ Network brings together the most senior decision-makers in larger accounting firms and businesses.
Created exclusively for practice leaders and finance executives, it provides a trusted environment for peer-to-peer discussion, shared learning and strategic thinking.
Through a programme of invitation-only discussion forums and ongoing engagement, Leaders’ Network creates meaningful relationships between influential leaders while generating valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities facing the profession.

How It Works
Quarterly Sessions
In-person forums in London, Manchester and Birmingham, each held three times a year with a larger gathering at FAB in March. Each session runs 2.5 hours with breakfast networking followed by a closed, facilitated discussion.
Peer-Led Discussions
Sessions are built around high-priority themes informed by direct research with the cohort. Discussions run under Chatham House rules, creating space for open conversation without compromising confidentiality.
Consistent Cohort
The same group of senior leaders comes together across the year, allowing relationships and trust to build. Additional subject-matter experts are invited where relevant to the topic.
Insight Summary
After each session, members receive a concise, anonymised summary of key themes, tensions and practical takeaways from the discussion.
